Service Lab Account Manager

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Service Lab Account Manager at Credence Genomics (Pte) Ltd, located in Hyderabad, Kochi, Chennai. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer accounts, ensure their satisfaction, build and maintain client relationships, and provide excellent customer service. Your daily tasks will involve communicating with clients, addressing their needs, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining accurate account records. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to ensure smooth service delivery and support business growth.
