5. Diagnose the complaint and take appropriate action to resolve the complaint.
6. Keep the customer updated on status of complaint resolution process.
7. In case of non-resolution, report to Service Manager for taking action.
8. Hands on mock up management
9. Warehouse management-physical verification of products & spare
D. Accompanied visits with ASP technician
E. Checking quality of work done for asp technician
F. Imparts physical hands-on training to ASP & WD technician
11. Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering Free Service camps and value-added services.
12. Ensure timely submission of bills and payment collection for chargeable service jobs
13. Regular visits to warehouse for timely categorization of inspection, D3 stocks and service spares inventory.
Essential - SSC/ITI/NCVT
Essential
SSC - 10 years of relevant experience
ITI- 9 years of relevant experience
ITI+ NCVT- 8years of relevant experience.

1. Basic carpentry / fitter skills
2. Technical knowledge of fasteners & basic furniture
3. Reading & understanding of shop floor drawings
4. Knowledge of furniture industry
