Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily service operations of the two-wheeler workshop.
Plan and allocate jobs to technicians to ensure timely completion.
Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to OEM guidelines and safety standards.
Handle customer concerns, service complaints, and escalations professionally.
Ensure proper job card creation, billing accuracy, and service documentation.
Coordinate with parts department for timely availability of spare parts.
Monitor workshop productivity, technician efficiency, and turnaround time.
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety within the workshop premises.
Ensure compliance with warranty policies and service processes.
Train, guide, and supervise technicians and support staff.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
