Service Head - OEM

Role Overview: You will be joining HACS Engineering and Tech Pvt Ltd as a Service Head, based in Ranchi. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients and managing service operations across all branches. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with 15 branch Service Managers and Customers to ensure seamless service delivery, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. You will be expected to address service-related issues, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of service operations.
