About the Role

Service Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the

  service department

  for Inverter & UPS products.
• Handle

  after-sales service operations

  , including installation, maintenance, and breakdown support.
• Ensure

  timely resolution

  of customer complaints and service requests.
• Develop and implement

  service strategies

  to improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage

  service engineers/technicians

  and monitor their performance.
• Coordinate with the

  sales and operations team

  to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain

  spare parts inventory

  and ensure cost-effective utilization.
• Train, mentor, and build a strong service team.
• Track

  service KPIs

  (response time, resolution rate, customer feedback, etc.) and present reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with

  safety and quality standards

  .
• Build strong

  customer relationships

  and ensure repeat business through service excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum

  6+ years of experience

  in service operations for

  Inverters & UPS systems

  .
• Proven leadership skills in handling

  service teams

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance

  of power backup systems.
• Excellent

  communication, customer handling, and problem-solving

  skills.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Compensation:

• Salary Range:

  8,00,000 – 15,00,000 per annum

  (depending on experience & expertise).
