Service Finance Manager

As an Accountant at MSIL's Service Vertical, your role is to ensure proper internal control and finance and accounting processes are being followed at Service workshops. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating and reviewing financial reports as per applicable accounting standards - Preparing annual budgets for revenue and capital expenditure - Conducting variance analysis for budgeted vs actual financial information - Generating financial reports on a timely basis (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) - Demonstrating strong reconciliation skills - Having a working knowledge of GST, including return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR 3B, and Annual return) - Understanding other industry-relevant regulations - Building strong relationships with external partners such as Auditors, Bankers, Vendors, and Customers - Formulating audit plans with internal and external auditors and ensuring timely completion - Managing company banking operations and providing advice on investment decisions - Communicating effectively with vendors and customers as required - Supporting management in formulating policies/SOPs for decision-making - Collaborating with management to understand business requirements and implement strategies for desired results - Having knowledge of accounting packages, with exposure to Oracle/SAP being an added advantage Qualifications required for this role include being a CA inter/ICWA inter with 4-5 years of experience.,
