Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Executive. The role is located in Ahmedabad. The Service Executive will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, managing a team of service representatives, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Service Executive will also coordinate with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
Excellent Communication and Organization Skills
Experience in Team Management
Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
Previous experience in the Pharma, FMCG, or Food sector is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
