Service Executive

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers for various reasons such as taking orders, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information. Your primary duties will include answering calls professionally to provide information about products and services, taking/canceling orders, and obtaining details of complaints. You will also be required to keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as the actions taken. Additionally, you will need to process orders, forms, and applications, and follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers" requests. In case of unresolved customer grievances or special requests, you will be expected to refer them to designated departments for further investigation. To excel in this role, you must possess good communication skills, the ability to listen actively, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
