Description

We are seeking a motivated Service Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, as well as offering technical support and guidance.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and services on equipment.
Document and report on service activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with service management software and tools
