Service Engineer

Key Responsibility :

Resolving technical faults of medical equipment's, accessories etc. as applicable

• Updating Service User Manual of Shalya products
• Co-ordinating with Technicians for regular updates on the services
• Handling preventive maintenance of the Shalya Products across PAN India
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipments
• Understanding the customers technical issue and resolving the same offline or online

as per requirement

• Acting promptly on the requests raised by customers for spare replacement,

calibration, software upgradation etc. as per requirement

• Producing timely and detailed service reports
• Providing demonstrations and trainings to customers as required for effective use of

the medical devices

• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements
• Ensuring availability of the spare parts required for Service activities
• Daily On-Field expenses and spare parts expenses as applicable to be settled
• Daily task reporting to Seniors
• Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of developments in

medical device industry

• Carrying out any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manage

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Electronics / Biomedical

• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant industry
• Exposure to field service preferred
