Position - Service Engineer (Workholding Products)

Location - Pune, Maharashtra (Field-based)

Product Line - Workholding Products (Chucks, Cylinders, Drawbars)

Employment Type - Full-time

Job Summary - 

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer based in Pune to provide installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting support. This is a field-based role involving extensive customer interaction, on-site service support, and new chuck installations on CNC lathes and turning centers.

Key Responsibilities - 

- On-site service support for workholding products including chucks, cylinders, and drawbars

- Diagnose and resolve service-related issues as per customer requirements

- New chuck installation, alignment, and commissioning on CNC lathes and turning centers

- Inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of workholding systems

- Integration of chuck, cylinder, and drawbar with machine tool spindle

- Preparation of service reports and technical documentation

- Coordination with internal teams for spares and technical support

- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow safety standards

- Frequent travel within Pune and occasional outstation visits

Qualifications - 

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience - 

5 to 7 years of experience in CNC machine tools or workholding systems. Experience with similar workholding products is preferred.

Salary - Hike on current CTC (Negotiable based on experience and skill set.
