Qualification: BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience & CTC:

1. Sales Manager: 4–5 years (Packaging Machinery) | CTC: ₹6–8 LPA

2. Sales Engineer: 2–3 years (Packaging Machinery) | CTC: ₹3–4 LPA

Job Location: Pune - MH 

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes

- Good marketing & negotiation skills

- Knowledge of products, industry segments & applications

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Fast learner, motivated, and result-oriented

Role & Responsibilities:

- Research and connect with potential clients through calls, networking, and online channels

- Identify, qualify, and develop sales leads

- Engage with key decision-makers and present product offerings

- Prepare proposals, estimates, and timelines

- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets

- Build long-term customer relationships and support contract negotiations

- Represent the company at exhibitions and events

- Collaborate with internal teams and share customer feedback
