Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment at customer sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Coordinate with customers to schedule service visits and follow up on issues. Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and repairs performed. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during service operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in a service engineer role or relevant field. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mechanical and electrical systems. Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel locally within Lucknow and nearby areas. Preference for candidates residing in or near Lucknow.
