Service Engineer

The candidate will work under limited supervision, ensuring optimal performance and uptime of Varian products through onsite service, remote assistance, and customer training.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain Varian LINAC systems.
• Provide remote support and phone assistance to customers.
• Handle customer escalations and complex technical issues.
• Use remote tools and knowledge systems for efficient support.
• Guide customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/ Biomedical Engineering.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in servicing of medical equipment, preferably LINAC machines or related healthcare devices.
• IT and networking skills.  Self-motivated team player.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.  Ability to work independently.
• Effective communications skills
