Job Summary:

We are hiring talented service technicians to join our team; you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance service to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy troubleshooting computer, Laptop, Server -related issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients’ computer systems and network devices
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, and network equipment
  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on a wide range of computer and network-related issues
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • In depth knowledge of diverse computer systems and networks
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of all service requests and resolutions performed

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2.5 years of experience as a Service technician
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware IT technical trouble shooting techniques
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Technical certification, strong negotiation and persuasion
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients
  • Ability to commute/relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Language proficiency in English and Malayalam

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
