Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities: Day-to-day tasks related to service and maintenance of industrial chain products, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing onsite customer support. Installation & Resource Optimization: Install heavy material movement equipment efficiently, utilizing manpower and machinery effectively. Electrical Installations: Assist in electrical installation activities following technical instructions and safety protocols. Commissioning: Successfully commission equipment and secure customer satisfaction through proper handover documentation. Sales Support: Promote and sell allied components such as spare parts and consumables to customers. Reporting: Provide daily updates on project progress to both the functional manager and the customer. Qualifications and Education Requirements : • Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field. • 2-5 Years experience in servicing and maintenance of industrial products. Preferred Skills : • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently • Sales acumen for promoting allied components Additional Notes : Willingness to Travel: Must be ready to travel extensively across India and abroad as required. Flexible Work Scope: Should be willing to support production activities when there are no ongoing installation or commissioning projects.
