We are looking for a Service Engineer (Field Service) to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of laser marking and pin marking machines at customer locations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work and on-site customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Installation, commissioning, and servicing of laser marking and pin marking machines On-site troubleshooting and breakdown support at customer locations Preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance Calibration, testing, and quality checks of machines Preparation and submission of detailed service reports Customer training on basic machine operation and routine maintenance Coordination with the service team for scheduling and timely issue resolution Handling tools, spare parts, and maintaining service documentation Ensuring high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service Requirements Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome No specific degree requirement (ITI / Diploma / Engineering preferred) Willingness to work in a field-based role and travel locally Basic technical understanding of electrical / mechanical systems Training will be provided by the company Good communication and customer-handling skills Salary & Benefits ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & performance) Structured technical training and on-the-job learning Travel allowance / incentives as per company policy Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding industrial technology company
