Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Kolkata. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service, offering technical support, and performing maintenance and repair tasks. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, servicing industrial automation equipment, and ensuring proper functionality of systems. The Service Engineer will work closely with clients to address and resolve any technical concerns. Qualifications Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills Field Service experience and Technical Support skills Effective Communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work on-site in Kolkata & Jamshedpur area Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field Experience with automation and control systems is a plus Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software Job Type: Full-time, Freshers Pay: 15000.00 per month Schedule: Day Shift Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
