Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer at Eprompt Enterprise located in Surat. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks related to On-Line UPS Systems and power Quality Devices. Ensuring the prompt and reliable functioning of power systems will be crucial in this role. Qualifications Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills Excellent communication skills Experience in working with On-Line UPS Systems and power Quality Devices Ability to work effectively in a team environment Electrical or Electronics Engineering background is a plus
