Service Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required) Install, configure, and commission equipment, systems, and machinery at customer locations. Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Conduct routine inspections and proactively identify potential issues. Diagnose complex technical problems and identify root causes. Provide effective, timely, and permanent solutions to minimize equipment downtime. Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation. Maintain accurate records of service visits and parts usage. Adhere strictly to company safety procedures and industry regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of safety during all field service activities. Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and equipment performance. Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a relevant Engineering field. Preferred: Experience in onshore/offshore , industrial equipment , marine , power , oil & gas industry. Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems . Knowledge of health and safety protocols . Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role. Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, HVAC, automation equipment, marine equipment, etc. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
