Service Engineer

As an authorized dealer/distributor/service provider for various products of renowned brands such as PANASONIC, RICOH, NEWLINE, BROTHER, etc., at M-TRANS GROUP, your role will involve installing, configuring, and servicing photocopiers, printers, and other electronic office equipment. You will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, addressing technical issues, attending customer calls for timely issue resolution, maintaining accurate service records, and submitting daily reports. Additionally, you will provide product training and technical support to customers while coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and service photocopiers, printers, and other electronic office equipment. - Conduct preventive maintenance and address technical issues. - Attend customer calls and ensure timely issue resolution. - Maintain accurate service records and submit daily reports. - Provide product training and technical support to customers. - Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical or Diploma in Electronics and Electrical. Required Skills: - Strong technical and mechanical aptitude. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently in the field.
