Job Description for Service Engineer
1. Planning and execution of maintenance schedules for heavy machinery including Dozers, Excavators, Wheel Loader for maximum availability of machines.
2. Breakdown & Preventive maintenance, service, troubleshooting and major overhauling work on mining and material handling machineries
3. Maintenance of all machineries has per DGMS safety norms and ensuring its sustainability.
4. Hydraulic component breakdowns and troubleshooting.
5. Electrical troubleshooting.
6. Hydraulic subassemblies dismantling and assembling like hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors. Hydraulic components testing and adjustments.
7. SAP PM and MM modules for efficient use of equipment maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
