Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer based in Bawal (Rewari), your primary responsibility will be the Installation, Breakdown, and Service Maintenance of Injection molding machines. You will provide end-to-end support to customers, including Installation of Machines, addressing breakdown calls, troubleshooting machine problems, providing spare support, and offering training for Machine Operating and Processing Problems. Your duties will involve coordinating pre-installation requirements with customers, developing and implementing corrective/preventive actions for machines, troubleshooting machine issues, and ensuring the installation and servicing of all machines in the region. You will also support customers during Mould Trials, both in-house and on-site, and be responsible for the assembly and operation of machines at customer sites. Additionally, you will provide training to customers on Machine Operating and Troubleshooting, submit Field return parts for analysis, release flash for parts failure, conduct customer care visits, generate Spare Parts Business, and develop Spare Parts recommendations. You will prepare and submit Service Reports for each machine and maintain Software Backup, Hydraulics Circuits, and Bill of Material on the Service Portal. Basic Qualifications: - Completed full-time Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Plastics/Mechatronics - 2-6 years of experience in testing, maintenance, or service of Injection molding machines.,
