Service Engineer

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in service support of earthmoving / construction / heavy equipment.
• Experience in both diesel and electric equipment will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work at project/construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site service support, including installation, commissioning, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Diagnose technical problems (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic) and recommend effective solutions.
• Coordinate with the service manager and head office for complex cases requiring escalation.
• Maintain proper documentation of service reports, warranty claims, and customer feedback.
• Train operators and customer staff on safe equipment handling and basic troubleshooting.

• Skills & Competencies Required:
• Strong technical knowledge in heavy construction machinery, diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical & electronic systems.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently at remote customer sites.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools, diagnostic software).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
