Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering. 1–3 years of experience in service support of earthmoving / construction / heavy equipment. Experience in both diesel and electric equipment will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel extensively and work at project/construction sites. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site service support, including installation, commissioning, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment. Diagnose technical problems (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic) and recommend effective solutions. Coordinate with the service manager and head office for complex cases requiring escalation. Maintain proper documentation of service reports, warranty claims, and customer feedback. Train operators and customer staff on safe equipment handling and basic troubleshooting. Skills & Competencies Required: Strong technical knowledge in heavy construction machinery, diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical & electronic systems. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently at remote customer sites. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools, diagnostic software). * Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
