Job Description

Required Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
2–4 years of relevant experience in servicing Injection Moulding Machines
Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems
Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting is a plus
Willingness to travel for on-site service and maintenance

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and troubleshoot injection moulding machines at client sites
Provide preventive and corrective maintenance services
Handle breakdown support and technical complaints with timely resolution
Conduct machine inspections and generate service reports
Train client operators and technicians on machine operations and maintenance
Maintain proper documentation of service history and parts usage
Coordinate with the sales and spare parts teams for customer satisfaction
Ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards during field work
