Service Engineer

As a Milkoscreen Instrument - Service professional, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing trail & demo activities for potential customers - Conducting installation and providing training to customers on product usage - Participating in exhibitions to showcase the product and engage with potential clients - Executing preventive maintenance tasks and addressing breakdown issues promptly - Achieving targets as per the Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - Traveling to customer sites for on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and support as needed Key Skills Required: - Proficiency in handling electronics tools - Sound knowledge of basic electronics principles - Experience in soldering and handling electronic components - Ability to troubleshoot and identify faults in circuits - Skill in circuit tracing techniques Soft Skills Required: - Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Office applications - Computer proficiency for effective communication and documentation Non-Technical Skills Required: - Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers - Ability to handle customer queries and issues effectively - Willingness to travel extensively across India if required - Experience in preparing reports and entering data for trials and service calls - Proactive in reminding customers about service contract expiry and renewal - Focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving financial targets through promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and spare parts sales Additionally, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
