Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Carry out Product commissioning activity of the supplied mechanical product or equipment as per the protocol.
Carry out troubleshooting and rectification of HVAC systems/products.
Conduct site visits to address technical issues and perform corrective maintenance.
Provide remote assistance and technical guidance over phone calls to customers or site personnel.
Respond promptly to immediate service calls and breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution.
Prepare and submit accurate service reports, breakdown reports, and maintenance documentation.
Monitor unresolved issues and follow up until the problem is completely resolved.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors if additional support or spares are required.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company service standards during all field operations.
Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering professional and reliable service.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)

2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service, maintenance and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, controls and fault diagnosis
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings and manuals
Proficient in using HVAC testing/diagnostic tools and measuring instruments
Able to independently handle site visits, commissioning and breakdown calls
Strong problem-solving skills with a field-oriented mindset
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to prioritize service calls and manage time effectively
Flexible to attend emergency breakdowns or extended working hours when required
Male candidates preferred due to field-based and travel-oriented responsibilities
