Service Engineer

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical
• Having 2-3 years of experience in liquid packaging lines for Pharma products such as ampoules, vials, eye-ear drops, and pre-fill syringes, dental cartridges and processing equipment.
• Willing to Travel across India.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical packaging machinery industry.
• Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities.
• Visiting Customer sites, Machine Installation & resolving Issues & own installed machine.
• Understanding customer needs and concerns and providing a high level of customer service.
• Preparing and submitting service reports.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of maintenance procedures and guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
