Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Service Engineer, based in Hyderabad. Service Engineer will be responsible for performing equipment troubleshooting, conducting maintenance and repairs, and delivering technical support to clients. Day-to-day tasks will include handling field service operations, diagnose technical issues, and ensure all equipment is functioning optimally. The role also involves clear and professional communication with clients to address their concerns and provide guidance on product use.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in servicing analytical, laboratory, or process instruments.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to analytical Instruments.
• Experience in Field Service operations, managing on-site service, and client requirements
• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair of Process instruments.
• Ability to provide clear and effective Communication while offering Technical Support to clients
• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently
• Diploma or bachelor's in chemistry/Instrumentation or a related technical field is preferred
• Prior experience in the instrumentation or testing equipment industry is an advantage
