As a Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager for Energy Solutions at Saileen Technocrats Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in driving business growth for the Compressor & Piping Division. Your expertise in industrial sales and technical knowledge will be crucial in achieving success in this dynamic role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive sales of compressors, dryers, filters, chillers, and compressed air & water piping products and services. - Generate leads, manage customer database, conduct presales analysis & market mapping. - Build & nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. - Deliver powerful presentations, demos, and tailored solutions to meet client requirements. - Manage quotations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales deals. - Lead and mentor a team of sales and service professionals. - Provide technical support, application studies, and pre-sales assistance. - Conduct regular client visits, reporting, and business reviews with management. **Qualification Required:** - Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Experience: 12-15 years in sales, with exposure to compressors, dryers, filters, chillers, and piping systems. - Strong technical background with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling enterprise accounts. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel extensively.
