Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Installation & Commissioning

• Install and configure radiology equipment such as X-ray machines, C-arm systems, OPG units, and Digital Radiology Systems at customer sites

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Provide timely preventive and corrective maintenance for installed equipment
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Maintain service logs, documentation, and reports for each visit

Customer Relationship & Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for service-related queries
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery
• Educate customers on equipment usage, safety, and basic troubleshooting

Revenue & Compliance

• Achieve service revenue targets through AMC/CAMC renewals and chargeable visits
• Collect service charges and ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines

Reporting & Feedback

• Escalate recurring or critical equipment issues to the technical team and management
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer concerns
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service quality enhancement

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of medical imaging equipment (X-ray, C-arm, OPG, DR systems)
• Hands-on experience in field service, installation, and maintenance
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours
• Familiarity with service documentation, CRM tools, and reporting systems
