Responsibilities

Outbound Calls
: Make calls to potential and existing customers, including healthcare professionals and facilities, to introduce and explain medical equipment.
Lead Generation
: Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable medical equipment.
Customer Service
: Address inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally, explaining features, pricing, and benefits of medical devices.
Record Keeping
: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, updates, and service activities in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Qualifications & Skills

Communication
: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are crucial for interacting with customers and explaining complex product information.
Tech Skills
: Proficiency with computer for managing customer data and communication.
Organization
: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing calls, records, and follow-ups.

: The ability to handle pressure, rejections, and a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Education
: A high school diploma is generally required; additional education in healthcare or sales can be an advantage.
