Job Description

CNC Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Install CNC machines at customer sites and support dealer engineers during installation.
Perform
in-house repair and maintenance
of CNC machines.
Attend
service calls 24x7
from customers and dealers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Provide
on-call and on-site field service support
as required.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair technical faults effectively.
Maintain service logs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Strong
technical knowledge of CNC machines
and their components.
Proficiency in
English
(knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage).
Willingness to travel PAN India for service and installation assignments
Zone North/West/South.
Age below
30 years
preferred.
Immediate joiners
will be given priority.
