Job Description

As a Service Engineer in the manufacturing industry, your main responsibility will be to install and configure metal cutting machinery and equipment at customer sites. You will need to conduct initial testing to ensure proper operation and calibration of machines. Additionally, your role will involve performing routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the equipment's life. - Diagnose and fix issues with machinery and equipment to minimize downtime - Coordinate repairs with specialized repair facilities when necessary - Provide technical support and assistance to customers by addressing queries and concerns - Train customer personnel on the proper use and maintenance of equipment - Prepare and maintain detailed service reports for tracking service history and record-keeping The preferred educational qualification for this role is a Diploma, and experience in CNC Machine Service is preferred with a minimum of 3 years. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund offered. The work schedule is fixed, and there are opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. If you have a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2+ years of experience in Non-Metal Cutting Machines, Laser and Fiber Cutting Machines, Welding Machines, Bending Machines, CNC Routers, and Metal Cutting, this role could be a great fit for you. Your work location will primarily be in-person, and you will be based in Mumbai.,
