Service Engineer (CNC Machines)

As a Service Engineer in the manufacturing industry, your main responsibility will be to install and configure metal cutting machinery and equipment at customer sites. You will need to conduct initial testing to ensure proper operation and calibration of machines. Additionally, your role will involve performing routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the equipment's life. Key Responsibilities: - Install and configure metal cutting machinery and equipment at customer sites - Conduct initial testing for proper operation and calibration of machines - Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment's life - Diagnose and fix issues with machinery and equipment to minimize downtime - Provide technical support and assistance to customers by addressing queries and concerns - Train customer personnel on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment - Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, including descriptions of work performed and parts used Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred - Experience in CNC Machine Service with a minimum of 3 years - Educational qualification: Diploma - Preferred experience in Non-Metal Cutting Machines, Laser and Fiber Cutting Machines, Welding Machines, Bending Machines, CNC Routers, and Metal Cutting - Location: Mumbai - B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2+ years of experience in relevant fields would be beneficial This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund offered.
