Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Technical Support

Study customer drawings, requirements, and applications to assess feasibility.
Prepare machining processes, tooling layouts, and
Cycle Time Estimations (CTE)
.
Support the sales team with
technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
.

CNC Programming & Process Development

Develop CNC programs for
Turning, Milling, and Multi-Axis machines
.
Conduct
trial runs, prove-outs, and cycle time validations
.

Customer Support & Training

Train customer engineers and operators on
CNC programming, process planning, and machine operation
.
Act as a
technical bridge
between customer requirements and internal engineering/sales teams.
Perform
prove-outs of customer components
on delivered machines.
Troubleshoot technical issues during
trials and machine acceptance
.
Support machine
installation and acceptance
at customer sites, ensuring required accuracy, surface finish, and cycle times.

Technology Promotion & Knowledge Building

Promote the companys
advanced machine tool technologies
, such as
5-axis, multitasking, tool tip control, and tilted working plane
features.
Participate in
exhibitions, open houses, seminars, and customer workshops
as a technical representative.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong
knowledge of CNC machines
and machining processes.
Proficiency in English
(knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Willingness to
travel PAN India
.
Age below 30 years
preferred.
Immediate joiners
will be given priority.
