Key Responsibilities: Install, test, and commission equipment or machinery at client locations. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive servicing. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement timely solutions. Respond to customer service calls and provide on-site or remote technical support. Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment. Document service activities, maintenance records, and technical reports. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to improve products and service delivery. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. Travel to customer sites as required. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or relevant field). Prior experience (1-3 years) in service engineering, technical support, or related roles. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours. Familiarity with relevant tools, software, and diagnostic equipment.
