About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Lead with an experience of 8 years to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

  • Must have 5–8 years of experience in IT Service Desk or Technical Support, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in supporting Windows OS, Mac OS, Active Directory, MS Office 365, VPN, basic networking and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy or similar.
  • Proven experience in managing SLAs, KPIs, escalations and team performance.
  • Sound understanding and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both verbal and written.
  • Should have experience working in a 24x7 rotational support environment.
  • Preferred certificate includes ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Prior experience managing support for US clients is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare or clinical applications support is desirable.
