Service Desk Hiring

As a Service Desk Voice Support professional at Infosys BPM in Pune, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to global clients via calls, chat, and email. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues related to VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory, operating systems, basic networking, and Microsoft Office. You will also work on ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control-M, analyze issues, and provide efficient resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong analytical and problems-solving abilities, and confidence in handling technical queries independently. You should be willing to work in a 24x7 environment with rotational US shifts and be comfortable with a Work From Office (WFO) setup in Pune. Fluent English communication is a non-negotiable requirement, and you should be open to working night/rotational shifts based on US time zones.
