- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Voice Support.- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.- Knowledge of incident management and ticketing systems.- Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes.- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
