Roles and Responsibilities : Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, or chat channels for IT-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, and other relevant software. Job Requirements : 3-8 years of experience in an international voice process environment providing IT support or service desk services. Strong knowledge of ticketing tools like BMC Remedy or ServiceNow; ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective resolutions. Experience working in an international environment with diverse cultural backgrounds.
