If you are a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager who will produce scalable software solutions in the Payments Domain. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.We have many hardworking and dedicated peers that would love for you to work with them. Who Are We Looking For
Build and maintain, on the full issuing perimeter, an operational and financial control framework in order to manage the delivery of issuing services interacting, at the appropriate level, with external and internal stakeholders
Governance
- Coordinate various internal and external meetings covering topic like governance, service delivery, SLA reporting and incident escalation
- Cooperate with CPOs and Financial Controllers for the follow up of the financials figures related to the issuing services
- Cooperate with Tribe management team for the follow up of the People Equation of the tribe
Operational Excellence
- Follow up operational dashboards and coordinate needed actions with external and internal stakeholders.
- Looking for 7 to 10 Years of experience.
- Service Now tool is mandatory, experience with KPI configurations.
- Collect and follow up risks linked to issuing services and promote and coordinates definition and execution of mitigation actions with the relevant stakeholders
- Onboard customer demands and coordinate collection of estimates and preparation of the offer with all involved stakeholders.
- Ensure that all the service delivery processes (Incident, change and problem management) are correctly applied, that the related SLA are respected and act versus stakeholders in case of deviations
- Control that all the needed service related activities are planned and executed. Follow up execution results and related action plans
- Proactively propose service improvements to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively take action for preventing possible issues
