Service Delivery Manager-Cloud operations

Experience: 12+ years Job Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore Position: Full time with Client Mode of work: Hybrid JD: 12–15 years of IT Operations or Service Management experience, with 6+ years in Cloud Operations leadership roles. Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and Well-Architected Framework. Demonstrated experience managing Problem Management, Incident Response, Alert Optimization , and Automation initiatives in enterprise environments. Deep knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Netcool, Kinesis , and log management stacks. Working knowledge of Terraform, Python, Ansible, Shell scripting is a plus. ITIL Certified (v3 or v4); AWS Solution Architect Associate or equivalent certification preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing hybrid offshore/onshore teams. Experience driving CloudOps MIM bridges and war rooms. Show more Show less
