As a Service Crew member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Service: - Warmly greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. - Take customer orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure attentive service. - Order Management: - Accurately record and relay customer orders to the kitchen staff. - Monitor order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. - Table Maintenance: - Set up and prepare tables, maintain cleanliness, and assist in clearing tables. - Team Collaboration: - Coordinate with kitchen staff for food service and support team members during busy shifts. - Upselling and Promotion: - Promote daily specials, upsell menu items, and enhance the dining experience with recommendations. - Compliance: - Follow hygiene and safety guidelines, adhere to company policies and procedures.
