Service Crew

Just Loaf American Cuisine is a well-established restaurant chain with four outlets in Kerala, known for serving delicious American dishes in a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Service Crew members. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and want to be part of a dynamic culinary experience, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take customer orders, answer questions, and provide menu recommendations.
• Ensure prompt and attentive service throughout the dining experience.

2. Order Management:

• Accurately record customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Monitor order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle special requests and dietary restrictions professionally.

3. Table Maintenance:

• Set up and prepare tables for incoming guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas.
• Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate food service.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Support your team members during busy shifts.

5. Upselling and Promotion:

• Promote daily specials and upsell additional menu items when appropriate.
• Enhance the overall dining experience by providing suggestions and recommendations.

6. Payment Processing:

• Handle bill payments accurately and efficiently.
• Process transactions, including cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.

7. Compliance:

• Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and a team player mentality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
