Job Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service activities for generator maintenance and repair.
Communicate with clients regarding service requests, complaints, and updates.
Assign service engineers/technicians for field jobs and ensure timely completion.
Maintain service reports, job cards, and service records in system or manual log.
Follow up with customers for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals and payments.
Ensure availability of spare parts and tools required for service jobs.
Track service performance, customer feedback, and report to management.
Support warranty claims and documentation as per company policy.

Minimum Qualification:
Educational: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)./ Btech/ JE
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in generator service coordination or related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
