Service Coordinator

· Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts & services.

· Taking service inquiry call from customers & clients and dispatching the suitable customer service provider to address customer question.

· Answering the questions of customers regarding the organizations, products or services & its operation or maintenance.

· Handling and resolving customer complaints, or giving online support by the engineer

· Allocating work to engineers on daily basis.

· Communicating solutions, successes and opportunities to the HOD of Service Department.

· Taking care of Vouchers of engineers with proper paper work.

· Coordinating with engineers & other regional offices across the India for smooth functioning.

· Preparing reports on daily basis like Daily engineer report, Complaint list, Service revenue etc.

· Sending the invoices to the customer accordingly

· Communicating with customer for complaints, routine visit via mail or telephone.

· Doing Export documentation work to send the material.

· Maintaining sock in out register &excel sheet.

· Sending daily engineer update, revenue & complaint list to the Manager & Director

· Arranging tickets for engineers for tours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
