Roles and Responsibilities

Diagnosis & Troubleshooting
: Identify and diagnose faults in robot vacuum cleaners, understanding hardware and software issues.
Software Updates & Calibration
: Handle software updates, configure settings, and calibrate robot vacuum cleaners.
Quality Control
: Ensure serviced units meet performance & safety standards.
Training & Skill Upgradation
: Stay updated with product developments (along with AI integrations), attend training sessions for new AI technologies developed for products.
Process Adherence
: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service and repair activities.

Required Candidate profile

Bachlors in Electronics/Mechatronics/Robotics/Mechanical Engineering.
Basic Technical know-how.
Ability to identify & solve product problems.
Superb work ethic & a growth mindset.
The ability to teardown the product and understand the parts involved and how it works.
