Service Advisor

As a customer service representative at Galaxy Autoworks, your primary role will involve attending to customers and providing various services related to their vehicles. This includes sharing quotations, proforma invoices, and suggesting repair works. You will also be responsible for going on test drives with technicians before work commences and accompanying customers during car delivery. Additionally, you will handle delivery documents, billing, ensure smooth and clean car delivery, and liaise with the workshop supervisor, CSE, and other departments to coordinate the car's status and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Attend to customers and provide services such as sharing quotations, proforma invoices, and suggesting repair works - Accompany technicians on test drives and customers during car delivery - Handle delivery documents, billing, and ensure smooth car delivery - Coordinate with workshop supervisor, CSE, and other departments regarding the car's status and customer needs Qualifications Required: - Degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering - 8 to 12 years of experience in a similar field - Good communication skills and proficiency in English The salary offered for this position is competitive and considered the best in the service industry.
